Craft fair at Shaker Village

The 16th annual Craft Fair at Shaker Village of Pleasant Hill in Harrodsburg is Saturday and Sunday. The show features handmade pottery, jewelry, glassware, woven rugs, needlecraft, basketry, leather goods and Shaker reproductions.
The Jessamine Station Dixieland Band and fiddlers Allie and Kelly Hagan will perform.
Hours for the fair are 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Sunday. Admission is $10 for ages 13 and older, $5 for ages 6 to 12 and free for children 5 and younger. Shaker Village is at 3501 Lexington Road (U.S. 68).

One of the vendors at this year’s craft fair is Starry-Eyed Glassworks. The bracelet from the company, shown above, features handmade glass beads and copper links, $65.
