Rising Hollywood superstar and Louisville native Jennifer Lawrence graces the cover of the giant September issue of Vogue, looking smashing in a Calvin Klein Collection plaid wool top and shorter, layered hair.
Inside, the magazine devotes 10 pages to the 23-year-old Academy Award-winning actress, who poses in a Louis Vuitton sequined wool coat, a Prada coat dress and other styles photographed at Cornelia Guest’s Templeton House.
Lawrence dishes on everything from reprising her role as Katniss Everdeen in the second Hunger Games film, Catching Fire, to her childhood in Louisville before she came to acting.
“I grew up in Kentucky, I have brothers, we had to do sports, I was a horrible student, and I kept getting grounded every time my report card came out,” she says.
